Shana is an engaging communicator who thrives on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. Beyond Shana’s Professional life, she is also deeply committed to community building. As an active community advocate, Shana lead’s multiple initiatives through the non-profit organization; Pegcity Steppers which she founded and currently serves as Executive Director. Through these efforts, Shana has built a strong network of individuals who are passionate about improving their lives and their community; through a focus on health and wellness programs that unite the people of Winnipeg. With a combination of strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to empowering others, Shana is driven to help organizations thrive in today’s complex and dynamic environment. Her passion for innovation, coupled with her strong sense of community responsibility, positions her as a leader in both the business and social realms. Shana is  a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for diversity in the business and technology sectors. In 2021, Shana was honored with a prestigious nomination to the 100 Black Women to Watch list, recognizing her exceptional contributions to empowering communities and transforming change. Known for her innovative approach to leadership, Shana is passionate about fostering inclusivity and driving change, particularly in areas related to quality management, governance, awareness and risk management.
